The growth in residential tower construction in the capital served by district energy networks has created demand for efficient service providers.

Birdsall established a new team, Living Services in 2018 to supply the growing demand of this market.

To enhance the living experience in these modern developments, Birdsall provide a single source for a number of residential living services that provide real value and ease of use to residents. Our team provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing and handyman services.

Mechanical

Many of these developments and networks utilise Heat Interface Units (HIU) to provide each home with their heating. Birdsall have recruited and trained a team of HIU engineers to serve this market, providing maintenance & repair services for the ESCo as well as 24/7 call-out for the residents.

Electrical

Many requirements in a home require electrical expertise such as lighting and appliances.

To meet and efficiently serve this growing demand we’ve established a team of electricians.

Plumbing

A common ongoing issue is plumbing and it's often a service required in a hurry. Therefore, we’ve established a team of plumbers to ensure we’re the first point of call.

Handymen

To cover all other instances, we’ve incorporated a team of handymen into the team that can work across the trades and assist engineers.
